intextra.procurement is a plug-in module for intextra.web that allows our clients customers to order products and/or services online, without the need for taking payment.
Business to Business - One of our clients maintains an up to date online catalogue of their customers documents, such as company training manuals or brochures. When their customer's stocks are running low and they wish to place a repeat order they can simply logon to the procurement site, select the quantity they need and place the order.
The person who creates the order is logged and the primary contact for the account is notified that the order has been sent.
All relevant parties automatically receive customised emails containing just the information they need.
The auditing features within the system enable them to produce ad hoc reports on Orders, Products, Companies, Users and Dates.
